the room itself was wonderful with a big bathroom & a balcony and balcony, for example and the breakfast was pretty decent. particularly good location and overall the staff was helpful. careggi - rifredi district was worth exploring.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Florence recently. The location was perfect, just a short distance from the historic center. The breakfast provided was excellent, offering a variety of delicious options. The staff was incredibly polite and went above and beyond to assist with any requests. One evening, we were craving pizza and to our delight, there was a fantastic pizza restaurant right around the corner. They even delivered it straight to our hotel room. I appreciated that the room was cleaned daily, ensuring a comfortable and tidy environment throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return on my next visit to Florence.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was big and clean. Location was okay, 10 minutes with bus to the center of the city. Oh, and great coffee at breakfast.

A beautiful old building. Very comfortable. Free car parking .Just out of the main town which was a bonus. Fully recommend, we had a lovely stay.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Florence and I can't recommend it enough. The location was perfect - just out of the city center but still close enough to easily reach all the attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The room was comfortable and had all the essentials, including a balcony which was a nice touch. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and provided a great start to the day. this hotel was a great value for money and I would definitely stay here again.

The rooms are very noisy, I didnt sleep either night as could hear the people in the room above all night (and I mean all night!).

The staff are extremely nice and helpful (best in our 2 months trip). Rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable - minimal noise. We stayed 5 nights and went every night to the amazing restaurant next door (best pizza in italy). Easy to find. About 800m's from Firenze Rifredi train station. Good WIFI (3euro for 24hours available in rooms).

Although the location was not quite as central as we origanlly would have liked it was still only 7-10mins by bus (tickets sold by hotel) or 25min walk. Good access to trains for day trips to Lucca and Pisa.

I always come back to this hotel. Great staff helped me find transport on my first stay. It has Wi-Fi, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, a bar, snack bar, and more. Can't wait to return for Easter!

the location was good, easy to reach the center by bus and in this way avoid problems with parking in the center. also the staff was really nice, gave us all the info that we needed.

Newly decorated, fairly clean place, worth its 3 stars. The staff are extremely friendly and excellent, managed the parking nearby. The room is brand-new and exceptionally clean and the bed is exceptionally comfortable. The restaurant serves delicious Italian food. Every time we stay in Florence, like to stay here.

The hotel's location was perfect for our trip to the FLOG concert venue. It was conveniently situated close to public transport, with the train station, metro, and tram station all within walking distance. The room was well-organized and had excellent facilities, including a mini-fridge and a vanity desk. The staff was courteous and helpful, making our stay feel like home. The breakfast was an enjoyable meal, with great coffee to start the day.

The wifi connection was occasionally weak, but it didn't impact our travel experience.

The twin/double room was brand-new with fine air conditioning. Television, a mini bar fridge and a work desk were provided for a brilliant stay for one night. The location was particularly good, and the pretty decent breakfast was offered.
